This is from a juice shop at Keshav Puram Market. Its a very normal juice shop so I can't exactly remember the name but I guess that's the only juice shop in Keshav Puram. Taste of these shakes was absolutely delicious and considering these are just for 80 Rupees, it is definitely a steal deal.

I am seriously obsessed with baking my own sweet potato since I figured out the perfect way to cook them so they puff up to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside have basically been putting them with dinner every night.. how could you not, so gooood!

This is what my dinner looks like at least twice a week at the moment, salmon, sweet potato and some sort of greenery. Here I’ve made a cous cous, parsley, and lemon baked salmon with pesto beans and sweet potato delicious!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cous cous
1/4 cup parsley
1 lemon
2 pieces of salmon
150g green beans
1 tsp lightly dried basil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 tbsp EVOO .

Method:
Preheat oven to 180C
Cook cous cous as per packet instructions
Cut parsley and stir through cous cous
Place ontop of salmon piece and then slice lemon and place ontop of cous cous
Bake in oven for ~15minutes (this depends on how you like your salmon cooked)
While salmon is cooking, sautée beans in a pan with the basil, EVOO and pine nuts until slightly softened
Serve with sweet potato and enjoy let me know if you missed out on the way I cook my sweet potato chips!
