We may not have Olympic abilities when it comes to cutting fruit. But if growing fruit was a sport, all Massachusetts fruit growers would win a #goldmedal .

Even if the day calls for woollies and wellies, a group of Adelaide Hills orchards are calling apple lovers to come and pick fruit for fun this weekend.
The Lenswood apple growers are welcoming visitors today and tomorrow for the annual Pick a Pink Lady event.
The family day, organised by the Apple & Pear Growers Association of South Australia, aims to help young people understand how their apples grow.
Popular pink lady apples account for about 40 per cent of the region's yield, and are in the height of their season.
Other apples will also be available to buy.
There will be areas to sit and picnic, some undercover, a sausage sizzle, cakes and coffees.
It's $5 for adults, $2 for students, and other children free. Pink lady apples picked will be about $4kg.

The guys have been working in the apple orchard for 3 weeks and still have 3 weeks to go! Nik is shown pruning young #Honeycrisp trees. Pruning promotes more potential for apples. It also helps shape the trees for the future. Bring on the warmer temps, please! It’s easier to work when it isn’t frigid outside. #KellersFarmstand #pruningappleorchard #oswegoillinois #oswego #illinoisappleorchard #illinoisfarm #illinoisfarmers #ilfarmfamilies #orchard #pruningtrees #applegrowers
