Full Lace wigs are now available for purchase! Order today and receive your wig next week. The higher the density, the more expensive the wig will be. What is a full lace wig? Full lace wigs have a base that is made fully of lace unlike the lace front wig. This means full lace wigs are a bit more versatile than a lace front wig, because they can be worn in different hair styles. A full lace wig covers the entire head and must be installed slightly different than a lace front wig that is only attached at the front edges of your head. It is best to wear a wig cap especially when installing a full lace wig, since it will be covering your entire head. These wigs should be properly washed on every week or every two weeks. Full lace wigs are 100% hand-tied with a cap, and a thin lace sewn on top of the cap. Individual hairs are then sewn into the thin lace. Full lace wigs will have lace all around the unit, and require the lace to be cut all around the unit. You will be cutting a hairline around your entire head. By doing so, once done you can wear your hair anyway you like, ponytails, up-dos etc. Think about it. With the wig, you have just cut yourself a new hairline around your entire head. Once the unit is applied, you will have on a full hair wig - but the front, back, and sides of the hair wig will not be like a regular wig. The wig will appear that all of the hair is growing directly from your head. The wig is very expenisve to take care of. We LOVE what we do and we love our clients! We had such a special day yesterday with our hero, Helen 285 is more than a salon, we are family.  We found out that the niece of one of our long time clients was facing a life changing illness.  She was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease and the life-saving treatments have caused some physical changes.  One of them being major hair loss.  The team discussed what we could do to help bring her smile back, and it was a no-brainer... extensions!  We met her at our Buckhead location and within an hour, this natural beauty was back to feeling like herself again.  We are so inspired by her story that we would like to start a fund to help clients in need of a pick me up!  Stay tuned for more information and say prayers for our sweet client, friend, and 285 HERO, Helen!
