I made this recipe so only 2 chocolate coulant come out, so you can share on Valentine's Day.

The special thing about this recipe is that the center is like a ganache you need to freeze firts so that the heart is always liquid !, I did prepare it like a classic chocolate heart with a little orange, but after doing it it and take it to the freezer it occurred to me, why I did not also replace the cream with fruit pure to make this little dessert even more special! it also occurred to me,maybe put things like lemon, lime zest, some spices like cinnamon, cardamom, some liquor

I made this recipe inside two rings of 8 cm, but to make them easier I recommend making them in silicone cupcakes molds, for my opinion they work better and it's easier to unmold too.

Coulant Heart:
️45 gr chocolate
️45 gr cream (or fruit pure like raspberry,passion fruit,strawberry)
️15gr butter.

Process:
️Melt the chocolate with the cream in the microwave, mix or add the butter, unify. fill in silicone molds or cake pops molds and take the frezzer to freeze completely.

For the Coulant dough:
️30 gr butter
️80 gr chocolate ️25 gr sugar ️2 egg yolks ️2 egg whites ️10gr flour.

Process:
️Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Place the yolks together with the sugar in a bowl and beat until pale in color.
Once the chocolate has melted and the temperature has dropped, pour over the beaten yolks, add and add the egg whites at room temperature, mix until combined, then add the flour and unify until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
️Place the dough in a pipping bag or with the help of a spoon. Fill the molds halfway and take to the freezer for about 20 to rest.(if you made them in a common mold, brush the molds with butter).
Remove the coulant hearts from the freezer and unmold. place them in the center of the molds and then finish with dough until its 3/4 parts of the mold, again take to the freezer until they are completely frozen.
At the moment of serving bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, wait 3 minutes, unmold and decorate to taste and enjoy!!
