banana bread // Retour sur le banana bread sans gluten, à la farine de riz d’hier, qui vous a beaucoup plus en story

Je crois que les grosses pépites en sont à l’origine
J’ai tartiné une des tranches avec la nouvelle pâte à tartiner que j’ai acheté : mon dieu
C’est la meilleure version que j’ai fait jusqu’à présent !
Ingrédients :
3 bananes (environ 350g)
1 œuf
100g de farine de riz complet
40g de fleur de maïs
60g de poudre de noisettes
1/2 sachet de levure chimique
50g de chocolat noir ou de pépites
Préparation:
Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
Écraser les bananes à l’aide d’une fourchette.
Ajouter l’œuf et bien mélanger.
Ajouter : farine, maïzena, poudre de noisettes et levure chimique et bien mélanger jusqu’à l’obtention d’une pâte homogène.
Verser dans un moule à cake.
Concasser le chocolat (ou non si ce sont des pépites), et déposer sur la pâte.
Enfourner 35 min à 180°C.
Laisser refroidir 10 min afin de faciliter la découpe.

Как я и сказала в предыдущем посту, выставлять я буду только то, что действительно стоит того. Так вот. Этот банановый хлеб СТОИТ ТОГО

Вам нужно:
* 3-4 слегка переспелых банана
* 230 гр муки
* 120 гр сахара
* 1 ч.л. разрыхлителя и 1/4 ч.л. соды
* Щепотка соли
* 1 ч.л. корицы молотой
* 2 ч.л. ванильного сахара
* 2 куриных яйца
* 115 гр сливочного масла (растопленного)
Из бананов делаем пюре вилкой. Взбиваем яйца, добавляем к банану вместе с маслом (комнатной температуры). В отдельной посуде смешиваем все сухие ингредиенты и добавляем к ним жидкие. Мешаем все до момента, пока это все не будет похоже на тесто :) оно будет немного комковатым, не удивляйтесь.
Духовку греем до 180 гр; посуду слегка смазываем маслом и посыпаем мукой, чтобы ничего не прилипало. Тесто выкладываем в посуду и вперед в духовку на 55 минут. Обещаю, что вас будет ждать красавец с брутальной корочкой сверху, но мягкий внутри
Кстати, сахар можно и не добавлять и действительно есть его как хлеб, делая с ним самые настоящие бутерброды☝
my improvised chocolate chip banana bread that miraculously turned out fluffy and moist and delicious even without following a recipe. never thought i had much of a knack for baking but maybe i was wrong. i even used gluten free flour and it didn’t come out dry! ♀️ i definitely must try and recreate this again soon, especially since i have a whole bunch of brown bananas just sitting in my freezer waiting for a purpose! do you prefer your banana bread with or without chocolate? i always thought i liked it best without, but i think i’ve changed my mind!

Pour la recette :
2 oeufs
35g de sucre roux
35g de sucre blanc
120 g de beurre
120 ml de lait
180g de farine
1 sachet de levure
1 pincée de sel
3 bananes bien mûres
Pour le chocolat je n’ai pas compté exactement combien j’en ai mis. J’ai pris du pâtissier, que j’ai concassé pour avoir des morceaux plus ou moins gros. Je pense qu’il y avait entre 120 et 150g
45 Minutes au four à 180 degrés

COCONUT FLOUR BANANA BREAD! Don’t sleep on this recipe, friends. It might just be the best banana bread recipe I’ve ever shared. Added bonus: it’s #glutenfree #grainfree and has no added sugar (sweetened only with bananas and the chocolate chips).

Head to my website for the full recipe and instructions (link in my bio) but’s here’s a quick snapshot: • 1 cup mashed banana
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup almond butter
• ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup (60 grams) coconut flour
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt
• ½ cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Prep a loaf pan by greasing it with coconut oil or lining it with parchment paper.
3. In a large mixing bowl stir together the mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla.
4. Once wet ingredients are combined add in dry ingredients (coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt). Stir until combined. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bread is golden in color and a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Remove from oven and let cool for 20-30 minutes on a wire rack before removing from the pan to cool completely. It should come out really easily if you greased the pan properly or used parchment paper. Slice the loaf (a bread knife works best), serve and enjoy.
Store any leftovers in a sealed container at room temperature for a couple days. To keep it longer, store in the fridge or freezer.
Went for a run this morning and now I can dive into this banana bread. This is one of my favorite banana bread recipes. And now that it is strawberry season, I thought adding in some fresh strawberries would be perfect Hope y’all have a great Wednesday!

Baking loafs are becoming a regular thing But also so easy to make! I literally didn’t have to buy any new ingredients for this as it was all stuff I already had. So good for a healthy dessert, even breakfast or just a snaccc ♀️ can we get a like for multi-purpose foods lol.

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (these are actually when they’re the best for you and most digestible)
250g oat flour (I use @myproteinuk. Use code FEEDMEGLOW for 35% off ya order)
1 tsp baking powder
1-2 flax egg (1 tbsp of flaxseed mixed with 3 tbsp of water)
Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
300ml of almond milk + more if needed
5 tbsp of date syrup (any sweetener)
2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
Optional but recommended: can add raisins and walnuts

Method:
1. Make the flax egg and leave to sit until it turns into thicker consistency
2. Mash the bananas with a folk until smooth
3. Combine all the dry ingredients together into a large bowl and stir
4. Add the wet ingredients together and mix with the dry
5. Mix in the raisins and walnuts
6. Add to a loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes
7. Leave to cool for 10-15 minutes and I like to serve it with nut butter, coconut yogurt and berries!
