Inspired by petals for real How can I ever recover from layers of perfect pink roses growing in my garden So here's a story - I go outside with my big camera in hand everyday & actually take tons of pics. But then I take ones with my phone too on the side (such as this one), & then I just jump the gun & share the phone pic because it makes me so happy. You see how that happens? Then you get lazy to go edit your big camera pics because you're too busy etc. And so I was thinking to myself, creating a beautiful life is hard work. Schlepping props outside in all manner of weather (for yearssss) is not a cake walk, especially when it's painfully hot. But it's soooooo worth it, and nothing great comes easy. You're always happy that you did it & it's also a great exercise in mindfulness. Gives you a chance to enjoy the beauty & moment. Now I just have to find a balance between posting phone pics & actually taking the time to edit big pics & post them to my blog. It's not that my blog isn't important to me, it's a part of my heart. But the darn phone just makes it too easy . .
