Okay i can say i went through a lot with this mask i attempted it with apple cider vinegar and i almost threw up, i had to make a new mask and use water instead, i just could not tolerate the smell but if you want to try it, go ahead! Anyways, this mask gave a lot of people good results and i wanted to try. It felt very uncomfortable, made my hair feel so dry it hurt to wash it out but once you shampoo it gets easier. Because my hair felt so dry i HAD to deep condition for almost an hour, and my hair was fine.
