“OMBRÉ ACTION” This was a slow process of changing her color. She’s been doing jet black for years and also using Henna color. There is something about the New Year that allows us to dream about fresh starts. We reflect on what the last year meant to us; how far we came, how much we grew, how much we lost, and what didn’t serve us. It makes us feel like nearly anything is possible because there is some sort of finalizing of one thing and starting a new thing entirely. But for some of us, it is entirely intimidating. We are afraid to let ourselves down by setting goals too far out that we aren't sure we can actually reach. We are afraid to dream big because we don't know if we're worthy of that kind of success. We are afraid that it is going to be too hard. Too much work. Too much time. Too overwhelming. Or we're afraid that we're not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, etc to hit our goals. When washing use a great sulfate free Shampoo & Conditioner geared more towards repair since you are blonde( I love my @pravana Intense Therapy) 3.
