Today was not a great day. It started nicely, but my doctors appointment wasn’t great. I am being sent to a Rheumatologist to be officially diagnosed with RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis). It is hard to have hope in times like this, I feel like I can’t catch a break. Lately I’ve been trying to drill this into my head. I had the worst doctors appointment today, another doctor told me I needed to loose weight but couldn’t tell me how. He reminded me of how difficult it is for PCOS sufferers too loose weight, that I could starve myself and still not loose. Then sent me off with the instruction too loose weight and no other help. It is painful to realise that this is just another thing I cannot do because of my health. This made me laugh! Today I am having to drop back my beta blockers (heart medication) because they’re making my sicker. I hit an all time personal record yesterday with a lowest heart rate of 39. So I’m feeling pretty average. Only a month left u till I can see my cardiovascular surgeon again and hopefully sort it out!
