On July 12th. I had one of the greatest days of my life. In case you didn’t know, my boss manages the dirtyheads, sublime and some others. The dirtyheads actually own our Carmel salon location which is the one I work at. So my amazing job gave me the opportunity to do hair for @dirtyheads @311 and @bikinitrill when they were in town for a show. I spent all day backstage with rockstars being VIP and feeling on top of the world. (Also made some awesome new friends, @comatopia and @walkakaka) BUT @interrupstagram are also on that tour. This time last year I was seeing them in concert. A year later I’m hanging out with them. Them telling me they love my hair and hugging me. It was so surreal. There’s not too many big punk bands out there with female leads. @aimeeinterrupter has been an inspiration to me for years because of that. (We have the same love for Joan Jett too.) its amazing to meet people you look up to and not be disappointed. Cause she was really awesome. Now I’m just rambling. But seriously one of the best days ever.
