I woke up ass-early this morning to stand in line at the best record store in St. Paul ( @agrecords ) to snag this beautiful 25th anniversary reissue of this legendary album, along with a RSD Exclusive 7” of their song “I Don’t Wanna Be Me” from their 2003 album, “Life Is Killing Me”. It was worth it. I’ve been trying to get my hands on any copy of this album for a long time now but they’ve all been so damned expensive. This reissue has a 3rd disc with remixes, B-sides, and their amazing cover of “Black Sabbath”. I first got “Bloody Kisses” on CD back when I was a little 6th-grade metalhead and it didn’t leave my 3-disk CD player or Walkman (remember those? ) for a looooong time. This was a defining album for my youth and will always be one of the most nostalgia-inducing records in my collection.
