OVERNIGHT OATS

Last night I showed the lovely attendees of the @cetraben_uk launch party of their new natural oatmeal cream how to make delicious and simple overnight oats.

I also discussed the fantastic skin and health benefits of oats. Oats are packed with fibre, antioxidants, immune boosting beta glucans and anti-inflammatory agents. Plus they're a fantastic source of energy and a great choice for breakfast.

As it's one of my favourite go-to quick, wholesome and versatile breakfasts, I've shared the recipe below!

For one:
50g of oats
180ml of milk of choice
1 tbsp of nut butter
1/4 of a banana
1 tbsp of chia seeds
Raspberries
Raw honey to taste

METHOD:
1. Place the oats, chia seeds and milk and mix well. Add the nut butter to thicken.
2. Then add the bananas, raspberries and honey for extra sweetness.
3. Place in the fridge overnight to thicken and enjoy!
4. I've topped mine with some extra almonds and blueberries but you can add whatever you have in the kitchen sink!
