⚫️ ЛОЖКА ДЁГТЯ В БОЧКЕ МЁДА или КАК ПОТЕРЯТЬ КЛИЕНТА⚫️‍♀️ . Разговор о коробках. Заказала коробки для хранения альбомов на год вперёд. С запасом. Большие, красивые, бархатные.... В этот раз сделала заказ у Анастасии Перовой, ее фото профиля в конце галереи. Около месяца и мои коробки были готовы. . Перед отправкой спросила как лучше отправить СДЭКом или ПЭКом. Настя уверенно ответила, что лучше СДЭКом. Оговорюсь заранее, год назад коробки мне доставляли DPD, коробок было даже чуть больше на 4-5 штук. Доставка вышла около 700-800₽. . Представляете мое лицо, когда СДЭК выставил мне счёт за доставку в 5000₽ Золотые коробки, что тут сказать. Почти половина стоимости всего заказа. СДЭК насчитал 30 кг веса вместо фактических 9 кг из-за объёма посылки. Выхода у меня не было - коробки оплачены, пришлось оплатить доставку. Как выяснилось в переписках с Анастасией, она отправляла их ДВЕРЬ-СКЛАД, то есть это ещё увеличило стоимость, более того оказывается ПЭКом вышло бы намного дешевле. По мне так это безответственность продавца: мне не была оговорена даже примерная стоимость доставки, не предоставлен выбор тарифа. После такого отношения конечно делать заказ у Насти я больше не намерена, несмотря на хорошее качество самих коробок.‍♀️ . Я представляю реакцию своих заказчиц, если бы им пришла подобная сумма доставки без предупреждения. Вроде бы мелочь с ее стороны, а для меня впечатление полностью испорчено... ‍♀️как бы вы отреагировали на такое? . Как вам СДЭК Какой компанией выгоднее всего отправлять такие объемные грузы, поделитесь? . . .
