До 9 класса у меня был прекрасный учитель русского языка, она так умела нас увлечь, что все сидели и боялись шелохнуться. Даже закоренелые двоечники впитывали знания и в голове что-то откладывалось.

В 10-11 классе случилась обоюдная нелюбовь с учителем и уроки были похожи на эффект снотворного. Было нудно, скучно и грустно. Вот если бы в школьные годы мне попалось такое волшебное пособие, то учиться бы было гораздо веселее и легче.

Но школа была давно, правила из головы подстерлись, с удовольствием нырнула в эту книгу.

Many of them are talking about the same things like - notice your thoughts, stay positive, act fast, improve your mindset and don’t let fears overwhelm you. Of course each book has a unique perspective. BUT!

What I always struggled with is to apply all the teachings to my life. I felt overwhelmed and sometimes guilty that I’m not applying all of the tools. Does it sound familiar?

When I started to study neuroscience I realized that our brain forgets everything that it learns during first 72 hours. And if we do not apply (put it into practice) right away - it’s like we’ve never consumed it. 〰️
