In essence this is the customer experience in every touchpoint with your company or brand. - - ➡User Experience (UX): Although The Godfather of this term, Don Norman, refers to User Experience in a manner similar to the way "Customer Experience" is used today, the term User Experience, by today's mainstream definition, is referring to the an experience that a person has as they interact with a product: specifically a digital product. The term UX is an umbrella term that encompasses Content Strategy, Information Architecture, and the User Interface. - - ➡User Interface (UI): The look and feel of a product designed to enhance the user experience. UI is an umbrella term that includes Interaction Design (IxD), Motion Design, and Visual Design. - - All of these term definitions may have minor differences where you work.
