In light of our recent live stream on PRICING, we thought of a few takeaways for you, who didn’t catch it or didn’t watch it afterwards (we’ll put the whole thing up soon): - you’ve gotta know your overhead before you start pricing your products - you’ve gotta know how many clients you need to have in a month in order to be profitable and hit the overhead (to break even) - you must learn to say no, and redirect the clients to people who best suit their current needs - you need to attract clients by what you value and your ethos, not by pricing - you also probably need a better onboarding system - packaging your pricing and putting it on your website creates a shift on project mindset and anchors them on the pricing you’ve stated, making you a hammer instead of a business partner.
