When I’m coming up with a “game plan,” one of the first questions I ask my guest is how they wear their part. This is important because if I choose to paint, I paint off that part! So if they wear the same part tried and true everyday, it’s no biggie. But if they are a flip flopper and change their part all the time, then their color will look different (either brighter or darker) depending on how they wear their hair that day. So, if I choose to paint, I will brighten up the hairline evenly so they are always nice and bright around the face, but I always let them know that their hair could look different if they don’t wear their part off of where I painted. A lot of times, if I know they want to be bright no matter what with no variation of color, I will choose a teasylight technique rather than painting them so that way they have more wiggle room with a bigger, consistently bright area through the whole top of their head! . For this beauty, we did a combo of balayage through the back and sides, and teasylights through the top ‍♀️ Then I rinsed and shampooed with @matrix #sosilver from @saloncentric to even out some yellow, and then glossed for a beautiful, bright beige end result! .. . . . . . . ,. . . #brassoff #totalresults #matrixpartner
