Unable to run, cycle, kick, ski or jump— it’s been a bit of a challenge to get conditioning in around my knee injury. Thats where my @bruteforcesandbag is going to come in handy during my ACL recovery. This thing is an ass kicker! Here’s what I did yesterday:
_ ⏺ Warmup x 5 rounds
5 neutral grip pullups
10 dips
60 second plank -
1️⃣ Circuit 1 x 4 rounds
20 DB lateral raises
20 bent over sandbag rows
20 leg raises w/ sandbag press
20 total KB windmills
20 sandbag muscle cleans -
2️⃣ Circuit 2 x 4 rounds
25 second battling rope
45 second sandbag ground to shoulder - ❤️Average HR 144 x 55 minutes - ACL reconstruction surgery is in 4-6 weeks, btw.

“Most people with your injury wouldn’t even be working out at all,” I’m told at least 1x a day.
I do not think of myself as anyone special. I do not think of myself as having a positive attitude about my current situation. I think of myself as being logical and realistic.
Logic: I have 3 other limbs I can use to continue to move my body until I’m at 100% capacity.
Realistically: I could never sit on my ass and do nothing unless I was so incapacitated that I am left bedridden.
I keep a positive attitude about my injury because I know out of all the shitty things that could go wrong in life, a shredded ligament is not that bad.
I’m not negative person because I’m not
W E A K.
PS: 100 @bruteforcesandbags (1/4) squats was a dumb move. But like @team_do_work_oifc & @hail_yeah_fishing always say, “if you’re gonna be dumb, you better be tough.”
Patience is bitter but it’s fruit is sweet. Safe to say my knee leaves me feeling bitter AF at times.

1️⃣*Hip/Glute Bridge + *Abductor pulse x 10.15 = 1 bridge + hold for 15 pulses using @crossoversymmetry Hip Halo
2️⃣*Hip/Glute Bridge x 10 no pulses
3️⃣*Side lying leg lifts w/ Hip Halo x 20 ea
4️⃣Med Ball Leg Raises x 20
5️⃣Med Ball Oblique Twist x 20 ea
6️⃣30# Sandbag Circuit:
20 Rows (added 15# dumbbell to top of bag)
15 Muscle Cleans
10ea Sandbag Spins

What it means is no one is coming to solve all your problems, no one is coming to achieve your dreams for you, no one is coming with all the answers, and depending on your job no one may be coming to save your life! it is entirely up to you. .
Seek out the answers and the solutions. Formulate your plan and then attack your objective! It is entirely your decision if you push forward or stagnate. I know what I would do. Get on the warpath and stay on the warpath. This is the only option. #repost @amoss_nextrung
