⚠️ Antes de iniciar es importante saber que para generar una contracción ideal del “Recto abdominal” debemos realizar ejercicios en los cuales el músculo se encuentre en una posición acortada (origen/inserción) llevándolo hacia una posición alargada. En Resumen, tratar de acercar las rodillas al pecho mientras se mantiene el abdomen en una contracción sostenida y así sacarle el mayor provecho a cada movimiento.
