I love when a #bossbabe likes like 10 of my photos and I go and like 15 back like yassss for the support and engagement sis. We really are better together. As I always say, another woman in business is not my competition, she’s my sister.

Tell your inner hater to shove it!!! You know... that voice that always tells you to play small and fills you with doubt. It's like the mean girls from high school.
You are awesome and have incredible gifts to share with the world and the ones you love. There is unlimited abundance in the world and there's no reason you can't have a piece for yourself. ❤
What do you find your inner hater likes to focus on?
Mine is full of fear and doubt and questioning everything. Meh. What an energy drain!!!
Isn’t it funny that you don’t need a degree to own a business but you need a degree to work for someone who owns a business?
.
Listen... when I wanted to be an engineer, I went to college. I got a degree. I tweaked my resume. I applied for the job. I learned how to navigate corporate politics. Someone else determined my annual salary.
When I wanted to start my own business, I focused on what problem I could solve based on the skills I already had. I stopped hiding in my notebooks and started doing live stream videos. I invested in other people’s framework and methodologies rather than traditional institutions. I learned how to communicate the value of what I had to offer. I stopped focusing on creating more and learned how to sell consistently. I gained full control over my income!
Remember, you are the CEO of your life. Your job may just be your largest client right now. You are the boss of your business. You get to make the decisions.
Stop waiting for someone else to co-sign your ideas. Co-sign yourself!
Stop waiting for someone else to give you the green light to go. You have the authority.
Stop waiting for someone else to give you permission to start and scale your business. Give yourself permission!
.
♥️ DOUBLE TAP if you are ready to get in motion and start moving that needle.

ENGINEER TO ENTREPRENEUR
⠀⠀
I left my $86k engineering job to run my own business
⠀⠀
Inside my 9-5 (more like a 6-5) I felt trapped:
⠀⠀
Waking early hours of the day
On call every weekend
Less than 2 weeks vacation/year
Dreaded Mondays, and only looked forward to Friday 5 PM
Working towards somebody else’s dream
⠀⠀
My entire life, I was told I would be “successful” and would HAVE IT ALL pursuing engineering so I did it.
⠀⠀
Went to college, got my B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and worked in the real world….making more than most people my age but I wasn’t happy. A few of my life goals?
⠀⠀
⏰Freedom of time
Freedom of money
Impacting the world
Funding charities
✈️Traveling months out of the year
⠀⠀
My 9-5 engineering job would never allow me to achieve those goals ^^ so I made a change. I left my “secure” job, went all in on my business, hit past 6 figures, and am getting closer to those goals
⠀⠀
Many people told me not to. They said it was too risky. But if I didn’t do it, I would have stayed exactly where I was in my life….and I wasn’t going to settle.
⠀⠀
✨ Tell me, what is YOUR goal right now? Will your current state get you there?
⠀⠀
@3muh
“ I WANT TO COACH FULL TIME BUT DON’T FEEL READY “
⠀⠀
I have a passion for health and fitness, I want to help change lives, but don’t think I’m good enough or ready to coach. Nobody will ever want to work with me
⠀⠀
Girl I feel you, I hear you. I’ve been there and spoiler alert: We never feel ready.
⠀⠀
Have you said this to yourself in the last few months? Last year
⠀⠀
Well, I had the same fear when I first started….and to be honest even when I decided to go ALL IN on my business coaching….but this could be one of the most dangerous fears. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Because it's the fear that will keep you from ever starting your online business. "Yet" - really means "never".
⠀⠀
Let me know if any of this sounds familiar to you:
⠀⠀ >> I’ve never started my own business so I don’t have the experience to start one now
⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
>> I’m not fit enough yet, so if I offer services, no one will take me seriously.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
>> I don’t have enough certifications, so I’m not qualified yet, even though I have lots of experience.
⠀⠀
>> No one will take me seriously because I don’t have testimonials or enough experience yet.
⠀⠀
>> What if the people who know me judge and laugh at me for offering my services because they think I’m not good enough to be successful?
⠀⠀
>> What if my future clients ask me a question, that I don't know the answer to, and they fire me or leave me a bad review?
⠀⠀
For every fear you have about starting your online business, ask yourself, what's the worst case scenario if this happens? Will you be ok? Then ask yourself, what is the best case scenario? ✨
⠀⠀
At the end of the day, you’re going to have fears popping in everywhere like champagne bottles on new years eve The answer: It's about you taking action and jumping anyways ✌️
⠀⠀
The next round of the Fierce Fitness Business Academy is open for enrollment, send me a DM for details if you’re ready to start, build, and grow your online health/wellness/fitness coaching business to $5k+ months
{WHAT DOES IT REALLY TAKE TO CLOSE THE DEAL?}
__
Over the past year, I've gotten reallyy realllyyy good at sales.
__
I've been converting at around 80% for awhile now.
__
And it isn't because I started following a script, learned new "sales hacks", or got more aggressive in my sales calls.
__
No, no, no, none of that.
__
In fact, I probably do the opposite of what a lot of sales gurus will probably tell you to do.
__
I break a lot of rules, and I've found what works for me and my flow.
__
I feel inspired to share with you guys a few simple things that I believe are the MOST important factors in helping you close more consistent sales:
__
DO NOT CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM. If you are excited about what your selling, I promise other people will be too!
__
KNOW YOUR OFFER backwards and forwards. Practice talking about it in the mirror, to your friends, to your partner, in the shower- this will make you feel more confident when the pressure is on!
__
KNOW YOUR POTENTIAL CLIENT. The only way to really know/refine your understanding of your potential client and their needs is to talk to them! Do market research, virtual coffee dates, free sessions, whatever you need to do to get your ideal client on the phone (preferably video) and pay attention to the exact words and phrases they use, their major pain points, and what their energy is like. Pro tip: you should be able to talk about your ideal client in-depth (like an old friend or a character in a novel) for at least 10-15 mins.
__
SLOW DOWN AND LISTEN to what your potential client has to say. A sales call is THEIR time to shine. The more they feel understood and listened to, the more likely they will trust you with their investment.
__
NEUTRALIZE THE EMOTION behind price. When you get to the part of the call where you talk about price, present it as matter-of-factly as the rest of the information. Resist the urge to make this part of the call into a big deal. Pro tip: ask your potential client "How does that feel?" after sharing the investment.
Do you know the feeling of wanting something so badly that you get in your own way and self-sabotage
.
I’ve been NOTORIOUS for this… wanting things to be perfect so I can make the biggest impact possible. ♀️ The thing is, I was doing nothing but getting in my own way and awaiting an outcome that didn’t exist!
.
Then I remembered that perfectionism isn’t what you all want from me anyway. It’s about helping and creating opportunities for YOU‼️
.

☕️ I asked the ladies in my Facebook group: how do you feel about the terms #girlboss, #ladyboss or any of the “boss” variations? Lol Is it overused? I got some mixed responses so I’m curious to know your thoughts about it on the ‘gram.
