#AD| How is it that no matter what time we wake up in the morning, I still end up rushing in the end!? One thing I always manage to make time for is a proper breakfast whilst walking to work. For those of you who are new to my account, my name is Fran and I’m a full time mama to my 15 month old, beautiful ball of energy, Sassy. My partner, Kev and I are currently building our new home and are living temporarily with my dad in the rural outskirts of Sydney. Since I’ve been here I have tried and tested so many skin care ranges and just haven’t found that one that works for me, that is until recently. Throughout my teenage years I was very fortunate as I didn’t experience any breakouts however that all changed after I gave birth. Obviously lots of things change when you have a little babe but what completely caught me by surprise was the state of my skin. I began to get breakouts, lots of blind pimples on my chin and I couldn’t get it under control. I tried so many different products and was at my wits end. 12 weeks ago I started using the proactiv + 3 step system and honestly thought it would just be another skin care range I’d throw into my ever growing pile of products that didn’t work. I started noticing a change in my skin almost immediately. Within a few days all my blemishes and redness started to disappear and even some of my scaring and fine aging lines started to fade. I stopped getting breakouts and now my skin feels so smooth and hydrated and my confidence has sky rocketed. There was a period before using the proactiv + three step system that I wouldn’t leave the house without caking on my makeup, but now I walk outside with clean makeup free skin and make free and my head held high and constantly have my friends and family commenting on how great my skin is looking now. My philosophy for health is simple - active ideas ‍♀️ eating smart and relax ⁣ ⁣ Active ideas - I try to train 3 times a week with short, intense sessions, and then keep myself active on other days - lots of little things like taking the dog. Don't get me wrong though, there's always a time for Netflix! ⁣ ⁣ Eating smart - I don't cut anything out (blueberry cheesecake is my ultimate fave), but I just try and be sensible, eat everything in moderation and control my portion sizes. ⁣ ⁣ And finally, rest. It's so important to rest your body as much as you work it, so that you give it time to recover.
