For example, tell a customer their order will be ready by the end of the month, knowing you will have it ready a week earlier.

Connect with them socially.
There are many social media outlets you can use to reach customers use them to your advantage. When you engage with customers online, be careful not to create a one-way conversation. Ask them questions, and respond to their inquiries.

2019 First Quarter in the books! The first quarter is always my favorite because I feel like it sets the tone for the rest of the year. Every year I take off running in the first quarter because I'm clear on what worked and what didn't the previous year. This year is about taking risks and being comfortable with the uncomfortable. In the first quarter I put myself out there in ways that made me nervous but empowered when it was over. The 2nd Quarter I have started pushing that boundary a little further already! Who else has big goals for this quarter?
