Let’s talk carrier oils! First off, what the heck is one? Carrier oils dilute the concentrated essential oils so they can be applied to the skin without side effects. Because these oils are so powerful and concentrated, some oils can actually irritate the skin if applied directly on, without a carrier. Also, those with sensitive skin should always use a carrier so that they can enjoy the benefits of topically application without the sensitivity! Carrier oils also make applying essential oils possible to babies and newborns ;) . . . So, screen shot this, save it, whatever you need! Because this is a question I get a lot! What are they?! Which one should I use!? What goes where?! Hopefully this will help you out! Personally, I use fractionated coconut oil for all of my rollers I’m going to be applying to my body. It’s cheap and works great! Plus FCO soaks in really fast so I’m not left greasy. FOR MY FACE though, I do NOT use FCO, as I find it clogs my pores and dries me out. So for that, my personal skin on my face loves a mixture of (heavy on the) jojoba, some vitamin c and a little rosehip and then my essentials oils. Play around and have fun! What is a carrier and why do I need one when using essential oils? . a carrier oil (it is NOT an essential oil) is used to “carry” the EO into the skin so you get more of the benefits (less evaporates) it also creates a barrier which makes it less likely you will develop a skin sensitivity oils are potent- it’s always best practice to dilute them- swipe left for my dilution chart and save it! carrier oils will NOT make your oils less potent in fact the opposite is true plus by mixing with a carrier oil you make your oils go further and you don’t need them undiluted to get massive benefits What is your favorite carrier oil? . روغن حامل روغن گیاهی هست که از قسمت‌های چرب گیاه گرفته و معمولاً از دانه‌ها، هسته‌ها یا مغزها استحصال میشه . اسم دیگه این روغن ها روغن پایه هست. اغلب بی‌بو هستن و همین بی‌بو بودن باعث میشه که بتونن بو و رایحه روغن دیگه ای که باهاشون ترکیب میشه رو به خودشون بگیرن . . روغن‌های پایه عموما راحت و سریع جذب پوست میشن اما بازم انواع مختلط و غلظت های مختلف دارن . این روغنا تأثیر طولانی مدت دارن و باید در نقاط خشک، خنک و چه بهتر در شیشه های تیره نگهداری بشن . روغن حامل میشه به‌تنهایی یا در ترکیب با سایر روغن‌ها برای تغذیه پوست استفاده بشن و این نوع روغن‌ها خواص روغن‌های خالص رو به پوست میرسونن. علت نام گذاریشون هم برای همین هست. در واقع حمل کننده و رساننده هستن . اگر یک روغن ضروری خالص رقیق نشده رو مستقیم به پوست بزنید ممکن هست باعث ایجاد سوزش، حساسیت، کبودی، سوختگی یا واکنش‌های دیگه بشه پس باید با استفاده از روغنای حامل روغنتون رو رقیق کنید . روغن‌های ضروری به‌تنهایی فرار هستند و خواص اونها قبل از اینکه کاملاً جذب پوست بشن معمولا از بین میره . بنابراین هنگام استفاده کردن از روغن‌های ضروری، رقیق کردن اونا بسیار مهم . روغن حاملی که برای رقیق کردن روغن ضروری استفاده میکنید باید متناسب با نوع پوستتون، مشکل پوستتون و انتظاری که ازش دارید باشه . از طرفی باید بتونه خواص روغن ضروری حفظ کنه و ترکیباتش رو بهم نریزه( طبع روغن رو حفظ کنه) . از بهترین روغنای حامل روغن بادام شیرین، هسته انگور، کنجد، زیتون، نارگیل و جوجوبا هستند . #carrieroil #oil #essential #almondoil #sesameoil #herbal #coconutoil #skincare #skin .

We love colourful skincare and so do you apparently, as when we polled you on our Instagram Stories, only 3% of people said they preferred white skincare.⁣ ⁣ This gorgeous photo shows 10% spinach powder infused in fractionated coconut oil and then warm macerated in a yoghurt maker for 12 hours. Timi then triple filtered the lipophilic (oil-soluble) extract to remove all the powder.⁣ ⁣ Spinach leaves contain chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and beta-carotene as major pigments, as well as smaller amounts of other pigments such as xanthophylls. In green leafy vegetables such as spinach, only the green chlorophylls are seen because they mask the bright red, orange and yellow colours of the carotenoids. Blanching spinach reduces its percentage of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is lipophilic, which is why it's created such a beautiful green oil.⁣ ⁣ What would you create with this gorgeous green oil?
