Healing and self love is no joke. What a journey it’s been, learning the lessons from both the sun and the moon, the masculine and the feminine and the yin and the yang, finding a home for them all in my heart throughout this life - And it’s been a tough ride going through life’s darker sides such as an unsafe childhood, losing a parent to addiction as a teenager, suffering depression and anxiety, and going through surgery and illness that nearly cost me my life. But how rewarding the healing work on self and soul is, when I due to a concussion and neck injury had to pause most of my life for the past month just spending time with me, myself and I, and still be able to be at peace and full of love for myself and my badass healing body.
