Ch-ch-ch-chia seed oat pudding giving me all the feelz took no time to prep and is packed with superfood gooodness I love incorporating chia seeds in my diet because they’re an amazing source of fiber, omega-3’s, protein and nutrients (calcium, magnesium etc). This was too easy to make!
Recipe:
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
sweetener of choice (I used agave and local honey on top)
handful of berries (I used frozen)
mix it all up and put in the fridge for about an hour or 2

Take it out of the fridge and add a layer of oats and more almond milk + cinnamon
leave in fridge overnight, top with whatever your desires (I chose frozen dates, granola and mango) and enjoy for breakfast or a healthy snack
side note: that honey drip tho

Have your tried Chia Pudding?
It makes a healthy breakfast or snack that you can easily meal prep ahead of time.
•1 cup non-dairy milk or other non-dairy milk
•2-3 Dates
•4 tbsp Chia Seeds
•A couple dashes of Cinnamon (optional)
•Fruit, nuts/seeds or nice cream for toppings
1. First in a blender, blend the non dairy milk and dates until it’s completely blended.
2. In a glass jar or other container add the non dairy milk plus other ingredients and stir until mixed well.
3. Close or cover the container and let sit in fridge for at least two hours.
4. Stir well before eating. Add toppings or another sweetener like date syrup or maple syrup if desired. If you want it thicker just add more chia seeds.
Chia seeds are filled with plant protein, omega-3’s (brain health), help prevent cancer, improve digestion plus so much more!

Percobaan bikin sendiri, hanya pakai 1/2 butir kelapa harga 3 ribu ajah.
CARA BUAT :
1. 1/2 butir kelapa, cuci bersih. Potong kecil-kecil.
2. Air matang 350-500 ml (tergantung kekentalan yang di mau)
3. Sedikit Him. Salt
4. Blender lalu saring.
Kalau mau di kasih pemanis silahkan, kurma atau madu. Atau ditambah perisa (vanilla extract) Saya prefer plain aja.
Simpan dikulkas, habiskan dlm 2 hari. Atau simpan frezer biar lebih tahan lama.
MANFAAT SUSU KELAPA (santan) :
1. Baik untuk jantung, mengatur tekanan darah dan kolesterol.
2. Full nutrisi (magnesium, pottasium) bagus untuk pembentukan otot.
3. Memperkuat tulang
4. Mencegah anemia
5. Sumber lemak yg baik dibanding susu vegan lainnya.
