@whey_box & @cocoa.plus ... name a better combo - I used the coconut flavoured whey with my usual pancake recipe of 1 egg, 100g egg whites, 30g protein powder, 40g SR flour, tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda Then topped with 2 squares of coconut @cocoa.plus and a lot of fruit Ngl I think it looks very pretty - Whatever you’re doing this week, I hope it’s a good one ☝️❤️

So I’ve just realised that from what I post it looks like I eat so much junk and sweet stuff all day lol... Seriously.... one of my best recipes ever. CHOCOLATE BAKED OATS 40g oats 30g chocolate protein powder 10g cacao powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 80g Greek yoghurt 50g egg whites 80ml almond milk 3 squares @cocoa.plus 40% milk chocolate (chopped into small chunks) Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine everything in a bowl before pouring the mix into a greased oven-safe dish. Bake at 160°C for 30 mins. HAPPY PANCAKE DAY !! Super excited to share these ombré pancakes which I topped with all the goods.... @halotopuk chocolate ice cream and @fibreoneuk chocolate brownie, drowned in @myproteinuk butterscotch syrup and of course, a pancake day stack is not complete without a @cocoa.plus heart • Was so pleased with how these turned out, if you know me you’ll know that I am obsessed with super thick pancakes and these came out really thick and fluffy • Ombré pancakes recipe: 100g egg whites 1 egg 25g vanilla protein powder 35g self raising flour 15g cacao powder Whisk together the egg and egg whites and mix with the protein powder and flour. Heat a frying pan and spray with @frylighthq then pour one pancake in the centre of the pan. Cook on high heat, flipping when bubbles appear. Add about a teaspoon of your cacao powder to the batter and mix well. Pour another individual pancake then add another spoonful of cacao to the batter.
