“Prometto di amarti e rispettarti, finché morte non ci separi”. Disse, guardandosi allo specchio.

Spesso mi viene chiesto perché ho scelto Instagram.

On our way for Mother's Day part 3!
I celebrated my own day as a new mom with a lovely dinner on Saturday night with my husband and son. We then spent the morning with my mom and now we are off to spend the evening with my husband's mom!
How are you celebrating Mother's Day this weekend with your family? Do you split up and go see your own mom, or do you all go together as a family?

Wanna Know Some Of Our Favourite Post-Production & Editing Apps For Insta?
With so many editing apps available, it can be difficult to figure out where to start!
Here are some of the best instagram photo editing apps out there, and some helpful tips to get the process started:
VSCO – An elegant, easy to use app that’s a must for every serious Instagrammer.
With beautiful and minimal one-tap presets; we suggest picking a favourite preset and using the adjustable filter strength to a 4-6 to find the perfect style for your brand.
If you want to make your feed consistent, sticking with the same filter or pack of filters is an easy way to make all your Instagram photos come together.
Snapseed – The ultimate fine tuning app; Snapseed is an all-purpose photo editor perfect for image enhancements and corrections.
We suggest using this app to crop, rotate, straighten and adjust your perspective before sending it to Instagram.
Snapseed also has features you won’t find on other apps; adjust the “ambiance” of your photo for a moodier or softer vibe, or use the brush tool to brighten, darken, or saturate specific parts of your photo.
You can also use the handy healing tool to edit out any blemishes or stray people who may have wandered into your shot.
A Color Story – If you love bright whites and colours that pop, this is the app for you!
Each filter is created with colour in mind, and their “Disco Ball” filter will instantly eliminate shadows and make your whites super white, which is perfect for product shots.
You can also fine-tune your photos with their unique S-curve editing tool.
TouchRetouch – Remove any unwanted blemishes and objects from your photos with ease. Use the brush or lasso to select the object you want to remove, then let the app replace that selection with the surrounding image.
Tag a friend who needs to be in the know on these must have apps!
Working from your phone what does that look like? Looks like a lot of creativity, a lot of pictures but it’s fairly easy. All it takes is a couple days a month of planning to create content. .

You can post anything but finding good content takes thought. Here are some tips to finding good creative content.
1. Share your why! Why are doing whatever your doing?
2. Share the things you love!
3. Share what you want to teach the world!
4. Learn to edit your pictures so they match. You wanna create a theme.
5. Be you, don’t over think it! .

O H hi I'm just here in bed casually wearing leather pants, no biggie ♀️⠀
⠀
This is one of those posts where I tell you something about me that you probably don't already know. Why am I doing this? You know that I love a lesson within a lesson and sharing the strategy behind how I run my own accounts and those of clients so this is why I'm doing this and why YOU might want to share a post like this on your own feed:⠀
⠀
(1) Your followers genuinely want to know more about you - the face behind the brand ♀️ People buy from people and this kind of post provides an awesome opportunity to connect with your ideal customer about something outside of your job/biz.⠀
⠀
(2) Posts with faces get more engagement than those without (something like 39% more) Engagement = better account performance = greater success online.⠀
⠀
(3) This is original content that nobody else can copy (well, I should hope not ). Your face and your story are unique to you. Sharing both on your feed helps to differentiate you from other competing brands.⠀
⠀
-----⠀
⠀
So, here are a few fun facts that you probably don't know about me:⠀
⠀
I am the queen of un-compliments My friends joke that my middle name should be “Blunt” and that my catch phrase “it’s not terrible” is the closest thing they get to actual praise.⠀
⠀
I hate Barramundi There, I said it. It tastes like mud and I cannot for the life of me understand why it is featured on every single Australian menu. Blergh.⠀
⠀
I'm scared of spiders, snakes, wasps and clowns ⠀
⠀
My favourite emojis are ♀️⠀
⠀
If I could sustain life with only one food group it would have to be hot chips with mayo, of course (and yes, hot chips are definitely a food group).⠀
⠀
------⠀
⠀
Ok, that's just some of my weirdness (there IS a character limit after all). Tell me something weird about yourself in the comments below that I would never have guessed by looking at you online.⠀

⠀
Only post when you feel like it?⠀
⠀
I feel you. ⠀
⠀
When you're not really feeling it, it takes more energy than normal to create. For so many days over the past few weeks, I've felt⠀
⠀
❌ Creatively blocked⠀
❌ Lacking energy⠀
❌Zapped for inspiration ⠀
❌ Questioning everything I've been writing⠀
⠀
⠀
After my last post, I was able to release something that I did not realize was affecting me so deeply. Thank you for all of your love and support btw. I could feel it straight through my phone. Seriously overwhelmed.⠀
⠀
Since then my fingers have been furiously flowing over the keyboard. I feel re-energized to help you dominate your sales this year. People won't even know what hit them. You feel me?⠀
⠀
I take advantage of my inspired times to not just make a single post but to let my brain and fingers get creative all over tha damn place. Also known as batching. ⠀
⠀
Having my posts planned for the whole dang feels so good. Like Stella got her groove back!⠀
⠀
How do you shift from forced to flow?⠀
⠀

May is fast approaching! What will be your focus for May? What programs are you releasing? What content will you be creating? What posts do you have to plan out?
.
This can be a whole lot to think about. That overwhelm can easily sneak in and stop us from moving forward...but there’s an easy way to avoid this.
.
What helps me is spending one day thinking about what it is I want to accomplish, which week things are going to be released, when I have client projects due, and anything else I want to incorporate. I then write is all down in one place.
.
Seeing everything written out in front of me week by week helps cut away the overwhelm and stay positive and motivated throughout the entire month!
.
I want you to have this same feeling about your month of planning. This is why I’m sharing my monthly content calendar with you!
.
In this free download you’ll have the space to optimize and organize your month exactly how you want it!
