At the beginning of my legal career, as a bright-eyed and eager professional, I often encountered attorneys who told me how unhappy they were practicing law (and that I should think about selecting another field). ⚠️EXTREMELY IMPORTANT⚠️ I have to talk about something very important. The EU is decising on this copyright law and tomorrow they are going to vote. If to approve the law or not. The law doesnt permit you to post anything that isnt originally yours. Everything u post will be controlled and there will be taxes for who violates the copyright. Im not talking only about pictures but also about the captions and every comment, if its a quote or song. I have a lot of other accounts where i post art and credit the artists. Ill loose all of it. IP Australia is currently considering if Australia should join The Hague Agreement. If u don't know: These two articles are new copyright laws which bring huge uploadfilters with them. So the internet creativity/freedom will be affected very strongly. It will take some time until these articles really will "take place", so article 11 & 13 will probably come in 2021... Nobody really knows what the internet will look like then, but there will be huge changes for sure. Well, we don't really know if they will 'just' control the uploadings very strictly or if they're going to take down the whole networks. For know they only talked about uploadfilters, so i hope we don't lose our internet friends too, but who knows... Having your own contract gives your business a great advantage during the contract negotiation process - it’s much easier to alter your own terms than having to re-write someone else’s document.
