It is important to know your body type, your muscle building and fat burning/storing genetics when it comes to your fitness lifestyle.

The truth is some have to work twice as hard to see half the results as others work half as hard and see twice the results. So refrain from comparing and get to know your body and how it responds to certain diets.

You can train hard consistently and put on muscle and strength but still have a hard time seeing your abs because your BF% is still to high.
.
Your hard work won’t outdo eating in a caloric surplus, or the amount of processed sugary food you eat.
.
I’m a bigger guy naturally and I must be aware of what I am eating and how much of it. My body enjoys storing fat to save for later and that’s cool with me so I focus more on my greens, full complete proteins, and carbs only when needed for training purposes.
.
Focus on lowering your caloric intake slowly by 50-100 kcals week by week and stick to foods that promote protein synthesis, and greens!!!
.
Train core two/three times a week with various planks, leg raises, roll outs, pallof press variations, and stability ball work!
.
Bottom line is you need to lower your BF% to under 10% to see them abs.
