Choose a right mentor to yourself as my previous post says how you transform. Your mentor should know what you capable of and should be able to make push harder when things are falling apart.
P.s: I was laughing looking at weights i.e (270 pounds)my coach @siddheshsalgaonkar told me you can easily do this. I said lets try, and I was giving up on last 3 repetitions when I was almost dead,thats where you need a mentor to make you do what you generally cannot do.

I like leg days that scare me. I also hate safety bars so many people will look at this and say “ isn’t that bad for your knees? Haha I love those comments! Is jumping with no weight bad for your knees? Depends on the person. What about with an extra 50 lbs? Depends on the person. What about 225lb extra pounds! same answer, DEPENDS ON THE PERSON. This set was after 6 sets of squats and 2 other sets of jumping squats with 225lb. Whatever style of training you do, MAKE IT INTENSE, MAKE IT CHALLENGING, MAKE IT SCARY. I like leaving the gym victorious over fear, pain, and self imposed limitations. That kind of intensity DEMANDS growth and change in your body. If you want to be the best Version of yourself it starts on the other side of your limitations/comfort zone.
