Why brands are investing so much on social media? They invest in social listening and revert very promptly when tagged on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms.

Here is the answer, for most brands, resolving an issue over social media is cheaper than email or call.

Many businesses, especially those who have recently joined social media for marketing, tend to put efforts to achieve multiple objectives in one go. This can be actually dangerous.
I don’t say that it is not possible, but I advocate a focused approach.
When you focus on one or two objectives entire strategy becomes impactful. You can have measurable facts and figure which help in deciding further marketing activities.
If your objective is brand awareness, craft every element and CTA in a way which helps in achieving brand awareness objective. Don’t focus on Sell or Lead Generation at the same time.
When you spread your resources and budget to achieve multiple objectives, actually impact gets diluted. You need to share a portion of available resource and finance to many objectives; as a result each objective gets only a small portion.
