You see they got the oxtail and stewed chicken with plantains and cabbage. Have you ever tried them with Trini rice? Then there's the pholourie, the doubles and the roti. These are all street style foods that can be eaten handheld and on the go. I've tried the roti with a few different fillings and jerk shrimp is my favorite so far.
