[PART 7-How We Met] (Check previous posts for part 1,2,3,4,5,6] Hi everyone! First of all, our prayers go out to you, Philippines. What just happened is so sad. Hope everyone is doing fine . #earthquake Let's go back to the #bitin story! Like I mentioned in the previous post, Yeng and I were chatting everyday for 7 days. Conversation was nice, funny and we had endless of topics to talk about as usual. But the moment to test her interest for me came! I didn't message on the 8th day and was waiting for her to initiate the conversation. It was important for me that she would message first because this would also show that she likes me and was also enjoying our conversations. I waited the whole day, and had absolutely no word from her…I thought that she was busy, so I decided to wait another day. No news again...I really forced myself not to message her and after a week, still nothing. Obviously, she was not interested at all and she wasn’t missing me too . So I concluded that she was just being polite all this time and I decided to try to forget her. I have a bit of an ego and I was not going to beg for her attention. If she was not showing me some signs of interest, I was not going to keep messaging daily. I was not that desperate and thought that I did enough efforts initiating the conversation first for 7 days. Believe it or not but a month later, I still did not get a word from her. I was disappointed for sure, but I accepted it. I shouldn't have messaged her at all, but for more than a year I’ve always wanted to, and it was hard to resist. From day 1, I had a crush on Yeng. I have never been this attracted to a woman this much and I had to give it a chance and see if she would maybe feel the same. She didn't seem to care talking to me so I was finally able to move on without regrets! At least I tried, I guess I was the only one having a crush. After a month and a half, Gabriel and I travelled to Dubai again. We were supposed to meet our Canadian friends there. Gabriel contacted Yeng and Billie to go out and it was time to see her again...I was bitter she never did the effort to message me, and I was not sure I wanted to see her... [tbc..see next post]

[PART 4 - How we met] (Check previous posts for part 1,2,3) Hi Everyone❤️ You guys are making me super pressured by being so excited for my next post ha ha! Though this part is not going to be super #kilig #bitin .I decided to give you guys some rest since you are complaining so much. Joke lang! LOL So after dinner, we went to another place to have a drink. But we didn’t stay long because Billie and Yeng had to work the next day. We just continued talking and laughing, took that picture on the terrace and called it a night. Again, we didn’t exchange numbers, or Facebook. I hugged them to say goodbye, then we left. More than a year later, Yeng confessed to me that she was KILIG that night on her way back home. She was giggling saying “OMG, he hugged me!” ha ha! I went back to Belgium and didn’t come back to Dubai for a while. Just like after the 1st meeting, I had absolutely no news about her and had no idea if I’d ever see her again. We were in a relationship and we respected that. I know many of you are thinking that it is not nice to feel attracted to someone else when you are in a relationship. And I totally understand that. But first of all, this is not something you plan or have control over. Second, those times I saw her, we were always in a group and were not doing anything bad. We had no idea what was in store for us in the future, or if there will ever be a future for the both of us together. To tell you a little bit about my past relationship, me and my ex actually had very good moments. And she was nice! But just like any other relationships, we had communication issues and were fighting every week for even stupid reasons. After trying to work it out for years, I started to lose hope and just one day asked myself if this is something I would want to deal with in all my life... On the other hand, Yeng was in a LDR for 1 year with a super nice guy (at least that’s what i’ve heard from Yeng, her friends/family). But as we all know, there’s no such thing as perfect relationship, and they also had their fair share of “challenges”. After a few months, I came back to Dubai and found out Yeng's upcoming birthday ! So, it was time to surprise her!
