Here's my finished Death Gun mask, next to the SAO anime version for comparison. There are a few things I’d change if I were to make this again, BUT... not bad for a free-handed sculpt! This is cold cast in @smoothon Onyx with aluminum powder, backed with Smooth-Cast 300. If you’re interested in picking up a cast, I’ll have them in my shop on Monday May 15th.

Success! Finished up this two-part Death Gun mask mold over the weekend. Here’s the first pull. The silicone is Rebound 25 and the shell is Plasti-Paste. The resin is Smooth-Cast 300 with some black pigment. I fill the mold in an upside-down position. The pour spout is on the chin, and there are two small vent holes off the corners of the jaw. There are circular indents on the back side of the mask for installing acrylic lenses.
