Apparently this little girl here with @craigjiggy heard that @we_thenc were coming to @rocknroller_rollerdisco and wanted to skate with us all. . To add to it she has only ever #iceskated, but she took to the #dances like a duck to water. . It's such a blessing when anyone, kids or adults come up to us and want to join in. In fact they teach us a thing or two by us sharing our groove. . If you ever see us jamming, feel free to come over. My sense of direction is terrible and get easily confused... so I have developed my own #creative ways of remembering how to do moves and which direction im travelling / facing... . . My brain is seriously lazy these days after all the other things I have to think about during the day... from business, to family, to health. So I use the same techniques to work out where i facing when turning on my wheels, to shift my focus on things I have to do during the day. . Whether I'm Keeping it Jiggy at @jiggycreationz, teaching at @playtone_uk, flowing in motion with @esquintfoundation, dub stepping with @skate_life_ireland, or gangster walking with @roller_girl_gang it's about fun, being Creative, being free and mental wealth. . I guess my point is focus on what makes you happy, no matter how tough it can be at times. .
