Começando o ano com yoga para braços e abdomen. Com estas partes do corpo fortalecidas conseguimos fazer asanas que exigem mais força. É fundamental coordenar a respiração com o movimento inspirando elevando a perna e expirando puxando-a para entre braços ou na direção do cotovelo de um dos braços. Entre os movimentos pare em Adho Mukha Svanasana fazendo a respiração Ujjayi (se ainda não sabe fazer esta respiração apenas respire sentindo o ar entrar pelas narinas e o abdômen distender e solte o ar, também pelas narinas, contraindo o abdômen). Dica: mantenha os músculos ativados e coordene movimento e respiração.
