⚡️PLEASE READ⚡️We've got a unique item and unique cause to let you know about. Those of you who are deep divers on the album liner notes may recognize the name Ron Zakrin. Ron did the artwork for "Exterminate" as well as "Flashy" but totally apart from that, is a well known and respected artist from Detroit who's done too much great work to recount here (he's also an accomplished musician). As you may recall, Ron did paintings of each of the then-members of Electric SIx as part of the "Exterminate" album artwork, one of which, the painting of DV, you see here in the attached photos. Ron recently had a terrible accident, which has resulted in his being paralyzed from the waist-down. He is currently in a rehab facility in Grand Rapids and while there is hope that he may be on the mend, he has a long, hard road to travel. There has been a GoFundMe established for him, due to the rehab expenses as well as necessary changes being made to his living space. We want to help and so we've decided to auction off the Valentine painting seen in this post, with all proceeds other than shipping costs going directly to Ron's GoFundMe, which you can find at https://www.gofundme.com/ron-zakrin-spinal-injury-fund This is the original item...the real McCoy. There is no other. It is 36" in diameter and as you see, the painting is mounted to an actual tire. That makes the work 4" thick and 30lbs in terms of its weight. We have put this up for auction on eBay for the next week. We are opening it up to anyone world-wide, but non-US bidders should note that shipping costs for this item will be VERY expensive.
