How do we shift from wounded to awakened?
Although we might be very aware of our wounds, we can also be unable to overcome them on our own.

Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT or Tapping, is a tool for Emotional Liberation and Therapy, as well as a tool for working with your Mind, Thoughts, Perceptions and Identity. EFT is a Powerful self-healing Tool, both for the Novice and Experienced Practitioner. Somos una computadora y a veces por una mala programación podemos sentir ansiedad, tristeza, depresión, enojo. También por una mala programación no atraemos dinero, nos va mal en el amor en pareja, nos cuesta trabajo creer en nosotros y así la lista de los virus es infinita en nuestro sistema.
Nos acostumbramos tanto a nuestros malos pensamientos que formamos cadenas neuronales adictas a estas emociones negativas: tristeza, depresión, frustración etc.
Si queremos cambiar nuestra vida tenemos que hacer un gran esfuerzo por programar nuestro subconsciente a nuestro favor y una excelente forma es con el tapping porque lo que hace es crear nuevos caminos neuronales hacia emociones positivas cómo la felicidad o ideas fijas cómo la confianza en ti misma.
He presenciado muchísimos milagros en mi vida en las temporadas que hago tapping, solo que tienes que hacerlo de verdad diario al menos unos 10 minutos con las mismas afirmaciones.
Que no te de flojera hacerlo, piensa que entre más lo hagas más está atrayendo magia a tu vida porque te estás programando a tu favor.
Puedes hacer tapping para adelgazar, para atraer el dinero, para creer en ti, para sentirte feliz , para amarte más a ti mismo.

I have been eating healthy and exercising and I have lost a bit of weight. I feel good and happy but it’s started to trigger the need to lose more weight and it upsets me so much. My brain goes into overdrive on what to restrict and when and how to eat that it’s like something taking over when all I really want is to feel healthy and happy and I begin to get unhealthy thoughts wishing I could stop eating completely. I have started the day with exercise and eating some healthy and delicious food and I’m determined to focus on the important things like enjoying myself and not what the fuck I look like. ♥️ you’re good enough guys and girls. You’re good enough as you are ok. Also: I drew this for myself. It is a message I drew for myself. I share it on my page to show people what I make for myself.
This is a beautiful depiction of how EFT tapping works inside of us.
We can literally take programmed beliefs and emotions we experience and color them in a completely new way inside of us.
EFT Tapping allows our brains to reframe thoughts and emotions that don’t serve us and replace them with new empowering beliefs.
❤️Pick a feeling, emotion or belief that is bothering you.
Begin Tapping on the points as you voice your feelings, worry, concerns or anger associated with this feeling.
Keep tapping until you feel some relief. You might notice that the feeling is shifting or becoming lighter. If you cry, burp or yawn, those are all good signs that your energy is moving and shifting.
Now do your best to visualize how your new empowering belief would feel. *hint, it’s probably the opposite of how you were feeling when you started
Begin Tapping through the points again as you tune into these more peaceful feelings. Visualize your entire body being filled with beautiful colors replacing the darker, heavier emotion, filling up all the spaces of your body, from your head to your toes.

Healing can only happen when we turn inward and turning inward requires an acknowledgement, surrender and eventual acceptance of the parts of ourself that we’ve battled for years.
The reward on the other side is definitely worth the discomfort and, more than likely, pain.
But also remember, kindness and gentleness are necessary components too!
