Last week was one of the hardest weeks for my hair. I had it in box braids for a while and I wanted to make them stretch but my scalp was not having it! According to Google I’m pretty sure I have some form of dermatitis but only a dermatologist can confirm so I plan on seeing one. My scalp looks super healthy here but after 3-4 days it’s a different story. I don’t know if I’ll ever feel comfortable sharing pics of a flare up but I know I’m not alone. It’s interesting how our bodies can suddenly change and “turn” on us. I’m hoping it doesn’t affect my hair growth in the long term and I’m trying to stay positive about it!
