食事の大切さは分かってはいるのに、なかなか自分に甘くなってる日々。
メリハリが前みたいに出来てなくて、21時以降にアイス食べたり、確実にデブ活(_ _).。o○

プールに子供たちと行く時に恥ずかしくない身体になるために、本腰いれなきゃです!!

This statement speaks volumes to me especially as this week comes to an end
The beginning of this week started with me being very stressed as I tried to study for my final exam with a head cold. I pushed through the best I could and kept at my studying. I decided on Monday to give myself a rest from training and take my own advice of the classic “listen to your body” and take a week off. It took a lot of positive self talk for me to convince myself that I was going to be okay if I took a week off training. But the biggest thought that got me through the week was “one week off will not undo all those years of hard work”

I am also SO blessed that my whole family support me in everything I do so to allow me to have more time studying and less time in the kitchen (which I missed so much) I also decided to have a week off counting my calories and macros and just mindfully eat delicious Keto meals prepared by my beautiful parents instead .
I guess what I am trying to say is that yes it’s important to stick to your plan and keep at your training and healthy eating in order to reach your goals but sometimes you need to do YOU. You need to do what is best for YOU in the moment, in the week and that is OK! You need to find what works for you and it needs to be sustainable otherwise you won’t stick to it! .
In saying this I am absolutely itching to get back in the gym tomorrow and sweat it out with the legends @f45_training_padstow and I know my body is 100% thanking me for that break! And yes of course I have already planned out what I am going to be cooking and eating too

For those of you that read this essay thank you and I hope I have inspired you to do something for you, at the end of the day we only have one body so we may aswell look after it!
