Yes or no? Esta última semana ha sido muy buena para mi , por mucho tiempo me había sentido sin ganas de hacer cosas, distante del mundo, fuera de lugar, etc... a causa de la ansiedad, los ataques de pánico y el miedo que tenia de que me volvieran a pasar, pero finalmente me he sentido normal de nuevo, me he sentido llena de vida. Estoy muy feliz porque se que desde que voy al psicólogo he progresado mucho, me he liberado de tantas cosas, he dicho muchas cosas que reprimí por tanto tiempo, he llorado, reído, gritado y cada día voy progresando. Decidí vivir el momento, que el pasado es algo que ya no se puede cambiar y que todas las experiencias malas en mi vida y todos mis miedos no van a consumirla, no van a impedirme hacer las cosas que quiero hacer y mucho menos conseguir mis sueños. Yo soy más fuerte que todo eso y yo soy la única capaz de decidir mi futuro. Tengo miedos y los acepto pero no quiero vivir más preocupadome por ellos, quiero ser libre. Y lo más importante es que de todo esto he encontrado el lado positivo. Se que a veces cuando tenemos problemas de ansiedad, depresión, ataques de pánico nos sentimos en una oscuridad en la que no vemos la luz. Pero siempre hay salida, siempre hay una forma. Yo me he sentido así, he pasado por muchos momentos de miedo e incertidumbre y ahora que estoy tan feliz me doy cuenta de que sigo aquí, de que he llegado muy lejos y qué puedo seguir haciéndolo. Que no importa que tan paralizada me sienta en un momento malo siempre habrá días como estos en los que he disfrutado tanto cada momento. Y por esos días hay que luchar, no hay que rendirnos jamás, busquen ayuda con alguien más, el psicólogo, tu mamá, un amigo, digan todo lo que tengan que decir, lloren, griten, rían, no guarden nada. Disfruten cada cosa buena qué hay hasta lo más mínimo, despejen su mente de la basura (los miedos y malos pensamientos) mediten, hagan ejercicio, una actividad que les guste mucho, etc... Incluso cuando tengan mucho miedo no se dejen vencer.Esta bien no sentirse bien a veces pero solo nosotros decidimos si nos quedamos tirados o nos levantamos.Agradezco mucho a mi novio que siempre está apoyándome (también mi familia y ustedes)
