آب:یک فنجان
خرما:دو عدد
طرز تهیه:
آرد برنج را در یک فنجان آب حل کرده و به مدت ده دقیقه بجوشانید سپس دو عدد خرمای پوست کنده را به آن اضافه کنید و با پشت قاشق له نمایید و پنج دقیقه آن را هم بزنید تا کرم یکدستی بدست آید.
در صورت تمایل میتوانید مقداری کره هم اضافه کنید.بعد از خنک شدن کرم خرما آماده است.

آب:یک لیوان
موز :یک سوم
کره:کمی
طرز تهیه:
جو دو سر را با آب روی حرارت کم بگزارید و مرتب به هم بزنید تا به غلظت کافی برسد.
وقتی ک حریره ب غلظت مورد نظر رسید کره را اضافه کنید و شعله را خاموش کنید صبر کنید تا خنک شود.
موز خرد شده را به حریره اضافه کنید و اخر میکس کنید.

The weather was nice yesterday so we ran up to the farmers market and picked up some delicious local grown produce for Kadie’s fruits for the week. I absolutely love making my own food..Not only do I get to pick at peak growing season but I get to set a little to the side for my self
What to make it yourself?
Here’s what you need-
1 cup of water/breastmilk/formula
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 mango sliced
1 tbps of Chia
1 butternut squash cubed ( I love to use my instant pot, here’s the recipe I used https://www.foodiecrush.com/how-to-cook-instant-pot-butternut-squash/ )
Wait until your squash has cooled, I usually put it in the fridge for 30 minutes or so. Once cooled down start with the fruits, chai and water on your purée setting for your blender. As things start to mix gradually add the squash to the blender until you reach your desired consistency. Kadie is eating a stage 2 so I like to leave a little texture for her but you can always add more water for a smoother purée. Put it in a neat freezer tray like this one
