BREASTFEEDING ✨ I usually don’t like multitasking while breastfeeding, but if your baby likes nursing for an extended amount of time, this routine may help! ➡️Speaking of breastfeeding… There may be times when you don’t LOVE breastfeeding, because it’s painful, demanding, time-consuming, tiring… I hear you. Breastfeeding cravings, lack of sleep, pumping at work… can become overwhelming When you feel like this, look at your baby and remember why you do this. These interrupted nights, stained T-shirt, cracked nipples, pumping sessions and milky sheets are so worth it. Yes it can be freaking challenging but it’s also the time I miss the most about having an infant. Each time I was breastfeeding, it’s like if I was suddenly thrown in a private bubble with my baby. Just him and I staring at each other. All we needed were each other. I would give a lot to go back to one of these quiet middle of the night breastfeeding sessions ➡️If you’re dealing with breastfeeding challenges, hang in there Mamas, you are doing a fabulous job! Someday feeding your child may be one of your fondest memories ❤️☺️
