In case you missed my Stories last weekend, here’s what I’ve been working on for the past two months. Scroll through for video clips. It was a big step for me into a different way of making - new techniques, new palette, new scale, new shipping challenges to tackle! I travelled from Colorado to California wine country to install this paper flower chandelier. I packed it up onto two big boxes and took it on the airplane with me - talk about nerve-wracking! Anticipating a little damage, I brought some extra supplies with me, but I made sure to build the structure with things I could readily find at any hardware store. Luckily, though, everything arrived safe and sound (thanks @southwestair ) and I was able to enjoy myself a little before and after the wedding installation. .
