Deadlift. 245kg PB.
Not the prettiest rep but got it so I'm happy. I rushed this though and didn't set up correctly. I usually spend more time adjusting my grip. I didn't hete asked as a result I was fighting the bar on my rigjt hand side and it was about half a second from slipping out of my hand. Being off balance also meant I was struggling to lock my knees at the same time whivh made the lockout much harder.
So. The lesson here is. Don't rush. Take your time. It'll pay off in the end.
Still a 5kg PB and a goal of 250kg when I step back on the platform March.

Worked up to a beltless 225kg single today. Nice and easy.
Followed by 195kg for 3 x 5. Then sumo stiff leg deads for a set of 12.
225kg is a beltless PB, by some margin.
Everything is feeling great beltless. I find I can brace better and engage my lats far better without a belt on. I'm debating pulling beltless in competition too. When I max out in a few weeks at the end of this programme I'll probably belt up and see how I get on and if I don't see any benefit we'll stick with beltless for the foreseeable.

Don't rush your sets kids. After weeks of perfect looking deadlifts, the snail re-emerged for ONE session only.
195kg for a rep PB of 10.
Knowing the volume I rushed these and form suffered as a result. Should have taken my time. Oh well. The weight felt easy and you'll see next session they'll be back to looking sexy again.
Kinda wishing I pushed this weight up to 200kg though but still pleased. 195 x 10 gives me a 1RM projection of 256kg.
Hoping to beat my current 1RM of 240kg end of programme.

FUCK! Should have gone HEAVIER!! 175kg 1 x 3 here. Wanted to go for 180kg x 3 but psyched myself out. It would have been tough but judging by this set defintely achievable. I've had 180kg x 3 before, and a 185kg triple too, so I should have gone with it. Oh well. Lesson learnt...believe in yourself!
Still, strength must be close to my best. Plenty of room to improve.
