: How many of us have bucket lists? Well, my wife has what I like to think of as a “dynamic bucket list.” It grows and changes whenever she wants AND at any given moment. Now, don’t get me wrong, it’s her bucket list and if she wants to add and subtract to it, by all means, I’m here for it. But often times we’ll be strolling through a neighborhood, city, or country and suddenly she’ll notify me of a bucket list item I’ve never heard of. ⠀ “Açaí bowl! That’s always been on my bucket list” “Wait, what That can’t be on your bucket list” “Why not?” “Cause you can just go get one!” “Well, it is!” “...ok...” ⠀ So it was no surprise to me when MJ mentioned “sleeping in a bubble” as something on her bucket list. At the time I had never heard of such a thing. And MJ wasn’t surprised. She often says, I need to dream bigger and I can assure you, sleeping in a bubble was definitely past my scope of dreaming. She had talked about it for a while so we were both excited when we saw there was an opportunity to cross off that bucket list item in Petra, Jordan. ⠀ Sleeping in the bubble was a surreal experience. The fact that @PetraBubbleLuxotel could fit a whole hotel room in a bubble was mind blowing to me. And the coolest experience was, hands down, at night. How often do you have an opportunity to watch the stars while laying in bed! I literally could barely sleep just gazing up and taking it all in. It was definitely an experience to remember and worthy of a spot on the dynamic bucket list. ⠀ What crazy things do you have on your bucket list that people give you the side eye when you tell them?
