Finished today’s leg workout with a little bosu action! 5 sets of 30 sec on, 30 sec off, and my legs were on FIRE!
Note: I know the bosu can seem a bit scary, but let me just say - ANY workout can be enhanced by incorporating the use of a bosu ball because it requires you to use more muscles to stabilize your body! The net, net? Your workout will be more intense, making you burn more calories, too! Woo!
