Okay, here it is!! This is crazy to me. I had NO idea how SMALL I was 2 years ago!! . So left picture was probably around March/April of 2017 and about 7-8 months after having my son. Before this, I was sitting at my pre pregnancy weight (153lbs) for a few months before deciding to hire a coach. She got me down to 135lbs (shown on the left pic) At the time, I was excited to lose that weight but didn’t realize until later that she had me on such LITTLE calories. I lost too much weight way too fast. I only worked with her for 6-7 weeks, which is way to fast to drop almost 20lbs. I lost fat and also the little muscle that I had. My goal at this point was to build curves and gain some healthy weight. . Fast forward over 2 years and here I am sitting at 150lbs. Feeling so much more confident! I have a completely new shape and it’s still only the beginning! I’m getting stronger every single day. And I’m honestly still so shocked at how different I look! But I also FEEL different. Happy, healthy and confident. ❤️❤️❤️
