a strong core gives you power, responsiveness, and, is the foundation for movement. we all want to be a little better, move a little better, right? well, don’t neglect the small things. fit this work in, make it work for you, find the time - 20 minutes out of your 24 hour day, can start to make a big difference . commit to it. .

here’s the mix: sit up with toe reach, plank spider & cross, dead bug, plank down dog. execution: 20 reps each [thats total reps, split between right and left when applicable], 3 rounds. control the movement, slow it down, keep good form. as always, make it work for you. if you need to, cut this mix in half - that’s 10 reps each. .
