I’m falling in love with this drill. I’m using the ball to help provide support and direction for the transition from scorpion to hollow back. Sometimes it takes a village I’ve been working with @kamanienaltowska all week, and yesterday we were really focusing on getting her into her hips. She’s got really flexible hips AND strong glutes, but was having a hard time connecting things and getting into her hips in her backbends.
